Refund & Return Policy
All custom press‑on nail sets are handmade to order based on the sizes, shapes and designs you provide after completing and confirming your sizing kit results. Because each set is custom‑made, all sales are final.
No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges For
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer
- Colour variations due to screen differences
- Damage caused by improper application or removal
- Wear and tear after use
Quality Assurance
If your order arrives with a mistake on my end, please contact me within 48 hours at zeebeautyco@outlook.com with clear photos. If confirmed, I will remake the affected nails at no additional cost.
Remakes
If incorrect sizes were submitted by the customer, remake sets are available at a discounted remake price. Shipping fees apply.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non‑refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Can be used on sizing kits, custom sets, remakes and accessories.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
