Shipping Policy
How and when your handmade order is processed and dispatched.
Processing Times
- Processing begins after sizing kit results are submitted and confirmed.
- All sets are handmade; processing times may vary.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Tracking information is provided once dispatched.
Delays & Lost Parcels
- Delivery delays are outside my control once shipped.
- Refunds are not offered for delayed parcels.
- If a parcel is declared lost by Australia Post, I will assist with the investigation.
- Replacement sets follow Australia Post's official outcome.
Gift Cards
- Digital gift cards are delivered via email.
